When we imagine our Hamptons' beach cottage it's steps from the beach, impeccably decorated and possibly white clapboard and charming. So basically, The Line, the latest boutique following The Apartments in New York and LA, has set-up shop in our dreams—otherwise known as Amagansett. Like its predecessors, you'll find a meticulous selection of fashion, home and beauty items curated to look like you could move right into this minimal, chic lifestyle. Unlike its predecessors, it's only here for the summer.
In addition to go-tos like Acne Studios, Altuzarra, Calvin Klein Collection, Khaite, and Manolo Blahnik, you'll also find pieces by The Line's private knitwear label, Tenfold Los Angeles—and complimentary services like wardrobe styling, interior design consulting and wedding registries. And keeping it all in the family, the space will also host a Beach Reads lending library, inviting guests to take or leave a book by Danielle Steel, mother of The Line's executive creative director, Vanessa Traina. The Line is located at 154 Main Street in Amagansett and is open Monday through Sunday from 10AM to 6PM.
